    Job Description

    • Responsible for managing accounts payable processes from start to finish;
    • Executing payment schedules;
    • Reconciling supplier statements and addressing any discrepancies;
    • Inputting invoices and credit notes into the financial system;
    • Maintaining the accounts payable system with detailed payment records;
    • Addressing accounts payable queries from internal and external stakeholders;
    • Monitoring and managing the AP inbox; and
    • Assisting in enhancing financial controls, policies, and processes.

    The Successful Applicant

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable duties;
    • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is a must;
    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills; and
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
