    As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the office., ensuring efficiency and productivity across all administrative functions. This role is integral to supporting our team and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, facility management, and vendor relations.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team member.
    • Maintain and organise company records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as and when required.
    • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating company events and activities.
    • Collaborate with all departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.

    Key requirements:

    • At least 3 years experience in office management or administrative roles.
    • Experience within the energy or construction industry.
    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
