Job Description:


We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Business Services team as Office Manager, located in our Melbourne CBD Head Office.

Our Business Services team is responsible for creating and delivering a positive, best in class service experience for our clients, guests and fellow colleagues across all Colliers offices throughout Victoria.


The position encompasses a variety of disciplines that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will open up multiple career pathways that you may not have yet considered.


The Office Manager is a key role for our Victoria offices, you will be the face of the business, providing a seamless 5-star operations experience from start to finish.


Role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Work with Executive team in management of operations across Victorian offices;
  • Project Manage office relocations and fitouts;
  • Manage and implement new office management strategies, policies and procedures;
  • Manage facilities including parking, workplace, refurbishments of Victorian offices;
  • Manage front of house / guest services personnel and function;
  • Manage and lead operations across all Victoria offices;
  • Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:


  • Manage Operations and smooth running of day to day in all Victoria offices;
  • Project Management skills in relocations and fitouts of offices;
  • Budget Management skills with good negotiations skills;
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
