Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their professional team in their head office in South Yarra, VIC.
As
Office Manager/EA, you will be responsible you will be managing the day to day running of the office as well supporting the State Manager by assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements, organising company functions, general admin and liaising with sites.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, Ideally within the construction industry (not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Being able to communicate professionally and effectively with clients
- High level of selfmotivation
- Welldeveloped organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Advanced skills in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc)
