Beaumont People are currently seeking an Office Manager based in Melbourne CBD.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a wonderful charitable organisation, acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
About the role:
- Full time in their CBD office, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day
- Greeting staff and visitors
- General reception and administrative duties
- Database management
About you:
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- IT proficient with the ability to learn new programs
- Interest or experience in the charity sector desirable
- Willing to undertake a WWCC and Police Check
- Immediate start
