Unique opportunity to transition from volume to MD townhouse projects

- $110k
- $120k+ Super + Car (tools of trade)

What you'll need to succeed:

A proven track record of delivering consistent projects to the deadline within allocated budgets;
Experience working for either a Volume or Medium-Density residential homebuilder in
Victoria for more than 3 years;:
Strong trade base and understanding of trade rates;
Positive proactive attitude & problemsolving ability;
Strong desire and motivation to build a career within the company;
Consistently hardworking, honest and interested in being an integral part of a valuable team;
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills across both internal and external stakeholders;
Attention to detail and a keen eye for highquality finishes;
Comprehensive understanding of BCA and Rescode;

Your New Role:

Supervise all work onsite for multiple townhouses ranging from 6 12 developments;
Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines. Driving all jobs from starttofinish;
Manage & negotiate with subcontractors. While coordinating their presence on site.;
Ensure homes are built to specifications, legal requirements & meet council laws;
Monitor and confirm that ETS is within budgeted parameters;
Work on / build ongoing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Supporting your team to help deliver maximum efficient outcomes
Promote & maintain safe work protocols at all times safety inspections as required;
