Base Salary - Up to $125k (based on exp.) Progression into a Site Manager

THE COMPANY:

Work on a broad range of specialist luxury home builds and complex renovations designed by Melbourne's top architects. They have an engaging culture and always look out for one another.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

All required leading hand works on the tools, lead and motivate carpentry crew and labour team members, reporting to the senior site manager;
Work on and run architectural highend residential sites;
Maintain a high level of health and safety onsite at all times;
Ensure that projects are completed accordingly to relevant stages;
Provide updates to the site managers, and project managers as required;
Frequent Communication with key stakeholders
Architects, Clients, and Management;
All other duties as required

IDEAL HAVES:

Carpentry trade and background 100% (
_essential_)
Background and experience in a similar role working on highend/custom architectural builds;
Working apart of builds with basements _(nice to have)_
Excellent Eye / Attention to detail for quality finishes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Showcase leadership qualities, effective communication, and technical construction skills
Valid driver's license, possess own vehicle and tools
Certification in constructionrelated trades is an advantage
Full Unrestricted Australian working rights
