ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

With projects in the ground across both inner eastern & bayside regions and an impressive pipeline. There is space for an experienced working site manager to join the team delivering boutique low-rise multi-residential projects or one-off
- high-end architectural homes up to $10mil+.

Supervise, and run the single work onsite for the highend project;
Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
Driving all jobs from start to finish;
Manage & negotiate with subcontractors, while coordinating their presence onsite;
Ensure homes are built to specifications, legal requirements & meet council laws;
Monitor and confirm that ETS is within budgeted parameters;
Reporting to the GM, and having operational support from CA's and PMs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum 6+ years experience as a working foreman/running highend architectural & lowrise multiresidential builds, boutique townhomes, or highend homes $5mil+
Carpentry background (
_essential_) with CERT IV in building & construction or relevant tertiary qualifications;
Demonstrated delivery experience with basement construction and suspended slabs;
_(Essential)_:
Sound knowledge of custom building workflow practices;
Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
