    Description

    Our Client - The BuilderThe company is an apartment and commercial building company that offers artistic building solutions and delivers high-quality finishes and strong attention to detail.

    OpportunityEstimating for architecturally designed luxury commercial and multi-residential projects ranging between $15mil up to $50mil+
    Legal/contracts, compliance, insurance, procurement, cost control, contract/project administration, and reporting activities.

    This will include the establishment of the procurement process, subcontractor/supplier management, administration of the commercial aspects of subcontractor arrangements, and preparation of internal financial reporting.

    Scopes and claims interpreting architectural plans
    Liaising with Developers, Clients, and the Estimating Manager and Major external/internal stakeholdersMUST-HAVES:8+ Years estimating experience within similar role;
    Worked on true commercial, high-end residential, and/or multi-res projects; (mostly new builds)
    Skillset in tendering, contracts management, cost/value reporting, measurement, BOQ's, scope of works
    Knowledge of Melbourne construction market, subcontractors, and local suppliers;
    A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills;
    Software experience with, Cubit, Cost-X, or Other;
