The Organisation:

Our client are a Multifaceted Company building a range of projects across multiple divisions.

They have a strong presence across Townhouse developments, Projects / Apartments, Investment properties, house and land packages, Land Subdivision and Property Management.

They have exciting growth plans which will naturally create development opportunities for capable individuals.

They are a well established, stable company with a team of accomplished and experienced industry professionals.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Marketing experience within the construction industry to take the next step and own a marketing role with an exciting growing organization.

Once established you will be afforded the opportunity to build your own team.

The Role & responsibilities:

Develop and evolve brand identity
Implements strategies and campaigns to generate new clients
Create / compose attractive marketing initiatives such as EDM Campaigns.
Collaborate and maintain a twoway dialogue with the sales department
Build marketing team including, hiring and training
Assist with display home marketing
Report to the General manager

What you need:

Experience working in a marketing team directly for a builder
Strong digital knowledge and skills: CRM, web, social, search.
Customerfocused.
Good strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to understand customer and market data and analyse campaign ROI.
Experience developing and managing budgets.
The ability to be self motivated
