    Description

    Job Description:

    • Lead and motivate a team of Cabin Cleaning Officers in delivering top-notch services to our airline clients.

    Service Delivery:

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and deliver Cabin Cleaning services to the highest standards.
    • Oversee cleaning processes and skills application.
    • Meet KPIs, verify timesheets, and complete necessary checks before client invoicing.
    • Conduct pre- and post-shift briefing sessions, keeping detailed records.
    • Maintain performance standards for Cabin Cleaning services.
    • Represent the Airline and Star Aviation, focusing on customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare reports related to operational, safety, and equipment summaries.
    • Coordinate with Airline representatives for specific needs and lost property deliveries.

    Management of GSE:

    • Ensure safe equipment operation, manage associated costs, and report malfunctions.
    • Test equipment before each shift, following standard procedures.

    Workforce Planning:

    • Efficiently plan and manage resources.
    • Assign and rotate staff for cleaning tasks, manage replacements or redeployments.
    • Ensure team members are well-trained and skilled in their roles.
    • Approve timesheets and handle breaks according to policy.

    People Management:

    • Lead by example and ensure team compliance with obligations.
    • Uphold guidelines, policies, and Code of Conduct.
    • Promote a safety culture, complying with regulations.
    • Manage team performance in alignment with Company policies.
    • Provide training to meet required standards.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Prior experience in team leadership and management.
    • Hold a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or eligibility to obtain one.
    • Possess a valid authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA) or eligible to obtain one.
    • Senior First Aid Training.
    • Knowledge of the aviation industry.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and focus on customer service.
    • Adaptability, conflict resolution, and incident report writing skills.
    • Health and Safety Training.
