This renowned organisation makes differences to people's lives daily.

They are the oldest and leading provider in their industry in Victoria, and with a workforce over 10,000 employees their HRIS team is critical in ensuring their workforce are paid on time every time, by supporting the HR Rostering and Payroll systems.

This is a newly created role for an experienced Team Leader to support the HRIS Manager and assist with managing a team of 7 dynamic HRIS specialists.

Located in Prahran and a 5minute walk from St Kilda Road, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work with a large employer.

This role entails,
- maintaining all HRIS modules

HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Rostering with the provision of technical support

- support and troubleshoot systems
- provision of system reports
- managing data requests and compliance from external parties
- bulk system updates
- manage implementation upgrades and fixes
- end of month and year end processing
- maintaining payroll business rules
- identifying and recommending areas for continual improvement
- support superannuation reconciliations
- document system processes and procedures
- liaises with HRIS Vendors on support needs and change requests

To be successful, you will have proven experience in a similar Senior HRIS Systems Analyst role and will have proven substantial experience supporting SAP and/or Success Factors.

You will have led and mentored a team previously.

You will have excellent numeracy skills and an ability to analyse high volumes of data, combined with advanced Excel skills.
