    About the Company
    Our client is one of Australia's most dynamic superannuation funds, with their flagship office based in Melbourne.

    Reporting into the Head of Investment Operations, the Investment Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Investment Operations team in the day-to-day management of the portfolio and the implementation of investment decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Performance Reporting: Produce various performance summaries on a monthly and quarterly basis, and ad hoc as required.
    • Unit Pricing: Oversight of daily unit pricing calculations provided by the custodian.
    • Trade Settlements: Monitoring trade settlements and ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams and external brokers to resolve trade-related issues.
    • Investment Fees: Collate data for annual RG97 and fee forecast process.
    • External Reporting: Contribute to the delivery of all standard investment related APRA/ASIC reporting.
    • Stakeholder Management: Respond to ad hoc queries from internal and external stakeholders.

    Technical Skills and Qualifications

    • Tertiary qualification in a related field such as finance, economics, or business.
    • 2-4 years of experience in superannuation, investments, or custody.
    • Postgraduate qualification such as (e.g. CFA) preferred.
    • Strong excel skills
    • SQL a big plus, but not essential
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
