    Description

    Our client is a leading global financial organisation that has been making waves in Australia for over 20 years. With a company size of 800+ in Australia, our client is at the forefront of innovation in the industry. They are currently seeking a Mid-Senior Level Pam Analyst to join their team in Melbourne CBD.

    What you will do

    • Work with the business to be able to accomplish Privilege Access Operations standard workflows as well as efficiently resolve complex incidents through creative problem solving.
    • Leads and resolves P1 and P2 incidents, producing details RCAs (root cause analysis's) and action plans upon incident completion.
    • Lead quality control assurance activities. As a stakeholder for Privileged Automation, this includes executing test plans and helping to resolve deviations for newly developed and/or enhanced PAM solutions.
    • Help PA Operation Engineers to document standard operating procedures and design specifications in accordance with defined processes and privileged access management requirements.
    • Work with enterprise stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT standards that influence how PAM solutions/services should operate.

    What you will have

    • Strong experience in Privileged Access Management Platforms. (Mandatory) & Cloud Experience (AWS or Azure)
    • Proficient in Identity and Access Management best practices.
    • Experience in Change/Incident Management Tools such as Service Now.
    • Azure or AWS Experience.
    • A team player and quick learner with a heavy emphasis on communication skills.
    • Understanding of the Sun Model and how companies operate on the global scale.
    • Minimum 5-7 years related work experience. Experience with information security, network administration or IT preferred.
