    The Role

    An exciting opportunity to join our Operations team and utilise your project planning and management expertise to deliver the annual capital project plan to create vibrant and inviting retirement living communities.

    You will provideproject management for both planned and reactive capital works for remediation projects.

    You willpartner with the Operationsand Property Teamsto support the creation and execution of project plans against time, cost and quality requirements.

    The position will also includeassetmanagement and maintenance support and contribution to developmentand village renewalprojects as required.
    Strong relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills are essential to this position.
    What you will do
    Planningand delivery of village capital projects (planned and reactive)
    Contribute to creation of village asset plans

    Partner with Operationsand Property Teamsin the delivery of quality expertise to support to the business in creating, monitoring, and executing capex project plans against time, cost and quality requirements.

    Provide project management expertise for the delivery of the annual capex delivery plan from project inception to completion.

    Contribute to the development and delivery of asset plans and capex projects in a way that creates a sustainable competitive advantage.

    Manage ongoing contractor compliance for capex projects.
    Creation and management of tenders, contracts, purchase orders and work orders.
    Produce and provide project plans and accurate reporting for project and expenditure tracking.
    What we like about you
    Project and/or construction management experience with demonstrated and successful outcomes in the delivery of remediationand new construction projects.
    Quantity Surveying background with an ability to interrogate project costing and scoping
    Experience managing clients, contractors, construction teams and relevant consultants.
    Strong ability to lead, drive and motivate stakeholders to achieve program milestones.
    Demonstrated commercial/financial acumen
    Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship management.
    Experience in contract preparation and management
    Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Understanding of and commitment to Operational Risk requirements, including Risk Assessments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
