As part of our growth and expansion in the digital and data space, as the Delivery Manager for Data & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end delivery process.

Working closely with the Head of Analytics, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

Your expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and data analytics will be pivotal in driving the success of our data initiatives.

What you'll do:


Delivery Capability, Frameworks, and Practices:


  • Design and continuously improve delivery frameworks, processes, and artifacts.
  • Establish transparent progress tracking and integration with enterprisewide practices.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and ease of adoption in the delivery process.

Team Collaboration & Delivery:


  • Facilitate planning, tracking, and alignment of deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Implement task and utilization tracking tools for increased productivity.
  • Maintain clear communication on progress, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to meet project objectives.

People & Team Management:


  • Lead, develop, and retain a highperforming team of Business Analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Assess and implement tools/technologies to enhance team capabilities.
  • Set clear ways of working and RACI for the team and key stakeholders.

About the Role:


What you'll bring:


  • Solid experience in project management methodologies, tools and best practices
  • Proven track record in the effective usage of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps or JIRA. Excellent project, resource and cost management.
  • Outcomefocused with the ability to adapt project management styles and build strong working relationships to achieve objectives.
  • Customerfocused, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to adjust communication style according to audience.
  • Ability to connect, collaborate and influence crossfunctionally across all levels.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience in data analytics projects is desirable.
  • Project management related certification.
