The Company:

Talent has partnered with a multi-award-winning Managed Services Provider (MSP) that's looking for their next Service Delivery Manager to join their thriving team.

About the role:

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be managing several engagements/ accounts across ANZ spread across multiple industry verticals such as Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, & Public Sector and more.

This high touch role will see you focus on customer retention & satisfaction as you navigate SLA's, manage projects, and technology migrations.

Responsibilities:

Developing and enhancing client relationships
Drive monthly meetings and monitor SLA's,
Seek continuous improvement across delivery and reporting
Oversee deployments and migrations and guide technical roadmaps
Become the trusted advisor across your set of accounts and identify expansion/growth opportunities

Salary: $140k + Super + Bonus

Requirements:

Have 4+ years' experience across a Systems Integrator (SI), Managed Services Provider (MSP), or IT Consultancy
4+ years' experience across ITIL/ITSM
4+ years across IT delivery & projects
Hold certifications across Microsoft, VMware, Cisco/Juniper, Cybersecurity
