    Service & Warranty Administrator - Greenfields

    *12-Month Maternity Position - Dandenong based *. You will possess a calm nature with solution-based thinking. Work with our customers, manage their concerns and assist with questions regarding their Metricon Home. You may have a background in construction, or you may be working in a customer service role that requires an analytical yet positive attitude.
    Reporting to the Area Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include: Assist customers regarding service and warranty related issues ensuring a seamless experienceMonitoring the Service & Warranty inbox, ensuring all enquiries are followed upScheduling of trades and suppliers including booking, confirmation and follow ups of Service and warranty tasksInvestigating and information gathering relating to customer building contract enquiriesAssist the Service & Warranty Team and with administration support and any adhoc requests

    The successful candidate will have: Experience in a Customer Care role or similar and/or experience in a customer service-based or administration roleA calm and experienced demeanour when dealing with sensitive client needsTrade background is an advantageCompetent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in WordA genuine customer care mindsetExpertise in managing customer expectationsActive listening skills and great communication styleProblem solving and prevention strategiesStrong administrative skillsTechnically competent in using databases and CRMsHighly organised and excellent time management
    This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
