    We are seeking a Warranty Administrator on a 12 month contract, who will contribute to our customers journey by being the point of contact for our building clientele attending to warranty items.

    In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Point of contact for our building clientele attending to warranty items
    • Liaise and optimise working relationships with our subcontractors & trades to ensure all works are completed in line with our quality standards
    • Go above and beyond supporting our Inspectors to ensure client expectations are met
    • Document and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with our standards

    We are ideally seeking candidates with:

    • Proven work experience specialising in areas of customer service, administration and support
    • Background in residential building industry, Insurance/Repairs, Real Estate and Property looked upon favourably
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve problems
    • Attention to detail and time management skills
    • Strong administration skills
    • Strong team player and ability to work under pressure
