An excellent opportunity exists at Westar Trucks in Derrimut for a highly motivated individual to join our Service Department team. Ideally, you'll have experience in a dealership warranty in either heavy or light vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process warranty claims for all vehicles sold by the dealership
• Review and verify warranty documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of warranty claims
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of warranty-related issues
• Stay up to date with warranty guidelines and requirements from manufacturers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dealership Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Pentana, DMS and SAP experience are desirable
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
