- Manage and process warranty claims for all vehicles sold by the dealership
- Review and verify warranty documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of warranty-related issues
- Stay up to date with warranty guidelines and requirements from manufacturers
- Previous experience as a Dealership Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Pentana, DMS and SAP experience are desirable
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
