  • Visit different sites to resolve technical issues.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to maintain and repair equipment.
  • Manage and provide application support to staff members and internal customers.
  • Efficiently manage time between taking tickets, troubleshooting issues, and studying training manuals.
  • Set up new PCs according to company policy.
  • Triage incoming tickets.
  • Set up new users and remove ex-staff members on company-wide intranet.
