    Reporting to the Plant Lead, you will be responsible for planning and execution of capital projects for our Mondelez Plant in Scoresby, including capex and cash flow management.

    Leading the capital engineering function, this role is accountable for developing and executing the site engineering master plans in conjunction with the Site Manager and BD function and operational teams (strategic sourcing, capacity and capability development to support new product development, facility and asset long-range plans).

    How you will contribute

    Define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of mid to large capital investment projects so that accurate budgets, plans, and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided.

    Develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow.
    Implement state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets, and rollout best practices.

    Managing several capital project executions in parallel and accountable that the quality and the results of capital projects meet Mondelēz standards in business and innovation processes in project management.

    Manage engineering resources, people management, and development needs.

    You will bring experience and knowledge in:Tertiary qualification in EngineeringExtensive capital engineering project management experience in a large multinational companyFluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Auto CAD, project management software, and ERP systems (e.g.
    SAP)

    Good knowledge in chocolate technology and suppliers of respective equipmentExperience in designing equipment to meet AM and PM standardsThe ability to influence stakeholders and lead a high performing team in a complex environmentCapex & stakeholder management skillsSenior-level technical expertise across engineering disciplinesWork schedule:
    This is an onsite role.
    You will be working 5 days a week from the site.
    No Relocation support available.
