- Coordinate on-site construction engineering activities to achieve project time and budget objectives.
- Responsible to develop and implement procedures to achieve quality, safety, timely production and compliance with budgets.

- Masters or Undergraduate Degree in relevant discipline
- 3-5 years experience in relevant discipline
- Project wide level of planning, development, and review of complex projects
- Delivery of minor projects to program and budget specifications
- Advanced skills in relevant computer software packages; Microsoft Suite; Primavera 6; AutoCAD
- Knowledge of project management structure, plans, specification, standards, and implications for project accountabilities
- Understanding of Project Design, Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Plans
- Pre-contracts knowledge in relation to design, planning and legislative requirements.

About North East Link
The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project.
The Spark Consortium's Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering and Construction and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.
The Central Package will be delivered as a Public-Private Partnership and provides three-lane twin tunnels that will close the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network from the M80 Ring Road to an upgraded Eastern Freeway, reducing journey times and diverting heavy vehicles away from local roads. Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads.

As a Project Engineer – Buildings, you will be an integral part of the project team and will be required to Coordinate on-site engineering functions for allocated projects to achieve time and budget objectives and provide efficient support for construction activities.
