    About Clinical Education

    The Clinical Education Program supports the Women's to achieve its strategic directions by providing frameworks for the professional development of health professionals. The Program supports the future nursing and midwifery workforce through coordination of the nursing and midwifery pre-registration, graduate, Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) and specialty post-graduate programs.

    About the role

    As the Administration Support Officer you will provide daily administrative support the operational requirements of the Clinical Education Team. You'll partner the Manager of the Clinical Education Program and key program team members to provide program-related administrative support.

    A regular day will see you support with:

  • ​Roster allocations
  • Recruitment coordination
  • General administration, reporting and compliance
  • Quality improvement activities
  • This is a great opportunity for an experienced administration professional or Nursing/Midwifery Clinician with strong administration skills to play a pivotal role in supporting our wonderful team

    About you

    You will be someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You'll have excellent initiative and problem-solving capability, and can exercise sound judgement and decision making.

    You'll bring with you:

  • ​​A tertiary qualification (Business Administration or similar) and/or significant experience in an administrative role, ideally in a healthcare setting, or a Nursing/Midwifery qualification with experience in an administrative coordination role
  • The ability to efficiently undertake administrative, customer service and support tasks in a high volume and complex environment
  • A high level of computer, software and technology literacy (including troubleshooting) with a range of applications including Excel Skills (Pivot tables, graphs etc.)
  • Strong capability with collating and interpreting data, including coordination, creation and presentation of reports
