    THE OVERVIEW
    Are you a confident, adaptable and methodical Senior Administrator who is keen to provide internal and external project support?

    THE COMPANY
    This organisation run a high functioning team, working on huge projects with well known brands across Victoria.

    They offer a flexible, hybrid working model once the initial training period has been completed in their Collingwood office. Once this is done, move to one-day from home, then two, then to alternating weeks of 2 days and 3 days per week from home.

    THE IDEAL APPLICANT
    Our client seeks someone with transferrable skills - their industry is very unique. It will suit an applicant who has worked within a process driven environment with a compliancy focus, is content providing stand out customer service, and has exposure to document management.

    Down the track there is the potential to take the lead on projects, running their service from end to end, dealing with stakeholders, problem solving, providing solutions and creating a tailored service. Someone looking to learn and develop is key

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be part of an established Service Delivery Team.
    • Collaborate with one of the most supportive and engaging teams in the industry.
    • Learn a new set of skills, lead by a knowledgeable and energetic Director.
    • Start out in support, guiding clients as needed over the phone, email and face to face.
    • Process data and run reports.
    • Planning, coordination and daily job management of client projects.
    • Support and assist the team across various daily tasks.
    • Consciously develop specific skills over time.
    • Leverage your strong interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills to build great relationships with various external stakeholders.
    • Be accountable for assigned projects.


    REQUIREMENTS

    • A positive attitude and clear, professional communication style.
    • A desire to learn new technology and upskill.
    • Unrivalled customer service skills.
    • An organised, collaborative approach with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritise and learn procedures quickly.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills.
    • Intermediate MS Office Skills - this role will be Excel driven.
