Holmesglen Private Hospital is looking for an Administration Officer to join our friendly and established Consulting Suits team. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to a high standard of customer focused care, excellent time management and organisational skills. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in vibrant and collaborative environment supporting our Doctors and patients.
This role is for full time working Monday to Friday (closed public holidays) working across 3 shift times of 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm.

Holmesglen Private Hospital is a world class facility located in the South Eastern region of Melbourne. Close to public transport and with affordable onsite parking.
Holmesglen Private is a state of the art 147 bed hospital, comprising of a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 9 bed specialised Coronary Care Unit (CCU), 12 bay Day Infusion Unit and 5 specialised inpatient units. – including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Rehabilitation Services
As an administration officer in our Consulting Suits your responsibilities will include:
· Daily and monthly reports
· Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate
· Maintain accurate records
· Support our Doctors and patients across our consulting suits
· Coordinate with staff from other departments
· Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
· Authority to Work in Australia
· Medical administration or medical reception experience is desirable
· Experience with Medical Software advantageous i.e. WebPAS, Zed Med, Genie, Clinic to Cloud
· Impeccable customer service
· Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
