    This is for a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 6 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

    About this role

    The position provides strategic oversight and expertise in the ongoing development of contemporary, relevant and responsive Facilities Management operational services to customers and consumers in line with Facilities Management Operational Process Framework and relevant policies and procedures; leads the process of seeking opportunities for integration, efficiencies and service improvements, and will design, implement and monitor systems and information, including performance monitoring and reporting to ensure that NMHS is providing appropriate levels of customer/consumer service delivery and satisfaction.

    This role reports to the Area Director Infrastructure and Asset Management.

    To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.

    Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service.

    In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process.
