    Description

    Residential Masterplan Developer seeking a Planning Manager to join the Design and Development Team across a range of projects across Victoria and Queensland.


    The Planning Manager is responsible for the coordination of planning and engineering approvals with commercially acceptable conditions, management of key consultant and authority relationships, design management, commercial and financial management.

    Communication of key project processes, project documentation and current status of deliverables to the Business Unit and project stakeholders.


    Responsibilities will Include overseeing Development Approvals, Acquisitions and Sub- Divisions, Design Management, Contractual, Financial and Administration, whilst maintaining executive level stakeholder management.

    Degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, Urban Planning.

    15 Years experience in the property development industry including dealing with planning approvals, consultancy experience ideal.

    Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

    Competent use of all relevant software

    Relevant application of civil engineering and design

    Understanding of commercial and financial aspects of development and project delivery

    Proactive, driven and displays initiative

    Ability to work well within a team environment

    Preparedness to share ideas and be involved in innovation processes

    Residential Masterplan project experience in Victoria is necessary.
