What the day will look like APAC Chief Information Officer (APAC – CIO) is accountable for delivery of critical initiatives that straddle across the global team, acts as a change agent, presents innovative ideas, and delivers effective solutions to sophisticated issues. APAC-CIO works closely with regional and solution line CIOs, infrastructure teams, enterprise arch teams and Platform teams to drive business outcome for the region. How this opportunity is different This role requires critical thinking, innovation, partnering with APAC and driving solutions. The APAC-CIO is the driver of the development and deployment for APAC regional application directing a team of FTEs and third-part partners, deployment of technology across APAC region, including driving adoption of regional and global solutions. Skills and experience that will lead to successApplication ownership for the APAC regional applications, including development and delivery of products and featuresDrive adoption and deployment of global solutionsWork closely with Platform team to drive requirements and deployment of global platformsOverall health and hygiene of APAC regional applicationsPartners with regional leadership and COO to strengthen performance and drive impactParticipates in projects related to driving revenue growth or margin expansionPerforms a broad range of managerial activities related to colleagues, clients, markets - sees opportunities for alignment, efficiency, and new pivotal initiativesSupervises strategic activities to ensure goals and benchmarks are achievedDrives global collaboration, including supporting prioritization and alignment with objectives.Lead technology teams (FTE and third-part partners), drive effective talent strategy and talent development.Manage relationship with vendors and external partnersExperience working in a matrixed, global organization.Strong technology competenceExperience leading diverse global teamsStrong initiative, organization, project management and execution skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skillsAbility to lead by influence and drive consensus among senior executives as well as lead and empower cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goalsStrength in relationship building and network development across a large organization.Proven track record to adapt to new environments and lead and motivate changeStrong work ethic and tenacity.
