Based in the Sydney CBD (Martin Place)

Classification Grade**:
Clerk Grade 7/8


Salary:
$101,947 - $112,849 p.a. (Package up to $126,775 p.a. including base salary, employer's contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading.)

Work type**:

Part time - 14 hours per week - Tuesday (presence in our Martin Place, Sydney CBD office is required) and flexibility to select Monday or Friday as the 2nd day (remote working available).


About the role


As an Information Services Officer, you will be responsible for the research, development and delivery of information services and tools to support staff undertaking work tasks and to meet the evolving needs of the office._ _This role is one of three, working collaboratively to deliver a high quality service and innovation to the management of information.


This role will focus on the delivery of information management projects, one of which is the growing demand for access to information on our Intranet.

Experience using Adobe Experience Manager is highly desired, as we will be migrating to this platform in the coming months.

Whilst this project will be a focus area, you will still be active in the development of polices/procedures, precedent templates, maintenance of reference libraries and other work.

Essential requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience writing policies and procedures, designing precedents, and managing information management related projects.
  • Obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
