    Our client is a large mid tier prominent accounting firm operating in various locations across Australia, offering comprehensive services including audit, business services, tax and insolvency to a wide range of clients. The association comprises independent firms, allowing this firm to harness the expertise and capabilities of multiple partners and staff. As a member of the largest global network of independent accounting firms, they have established themselves as a highly reputable firm in the industry. Instantly recognised firm, State of Art office is conveniently situated in the heart of Sydney CBD.

    About The Role

    • Oversee and guide a team of staff members.
    • Take charge of a valuable client portfolio: $1m + in fee.
    • Execute annual compliance services.
    • Deliver intricate tax, strategic, and technical guidance to clients.
    • Assist clients with continuous accounting, tax, and advisory requirements.
    • Engage in optional projects focused on tax advisory and contribute to divisional initiatives and endeavours.
    • Experience with a wide range of client types.
    • Experience in training, developing and motivating team member.

    About You

    • Must be CA qualified.
    • Background: 10+ years experienced in a reputable Australian Chartered Accountancy firm.
    • Experience in building client relationships and driving client growth..
    • Software Skills: Proficient in MYOB, Xero and Microsoft Excel.
    • Collaborative team member, dedicated, industrious, and maintains a professional demeanour.
