    An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team on a perm basis to create and maintain a fun front of house

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Answering all incoming phone calls and welcoming guests in a professional manner
    • Providing front of house service
    • Managing internal calendars for the use of office facilities
    • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
    • Organising bookings and reservations for staff
    • Maintaining the Reception and Meeting areas, ensuring these spaces are kept to a presentable standard
    • Ad hoc administrative support
    • Company internal and external events

    ABOUT YOU

    • At least 2 years experience within a Receptionist/ Admin position is essential
    • Well presented and polished
    • Confident in building rapport with clients and customers
    • Confidence in answering high volume of calls
    • Good understanding of Microsoft suites including Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks
    • Switched on and have the ability to think on your feet
