***Our client is a well-known accounting firm located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. They are not your average accounting firm, they are a group of passionate people that love what they do


The Opportunity
***This role is an outstanding opportunity to kick start your career in public practice and join a highly reputable accounting firm as a Receptionist on a full-time basis Based in the Eastern Suburbs, this firm is close to public transport and has free all-day parking nearby.


Your day-to-day tasks would include:


  • Liaising with the ATO
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Collate tax returns
  • Provide general administrative support

About you:


  • Experience working in an Australian accounting firm is not essential, but highly regarded
  • Confident in their computer literacy skills, MS Office and learning new software
  • A positive, friendly and bubbly personality
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organised
