Based in Melbourne CBD- $30-$35 per hour + super

Our client is a global Professional Services organisation on the lookout for a 3 month receptionist to support their team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing reception and inbound/outbound calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Providing administrative support to team members
- Managing and maintaining meeting rooms/calendar
- Data entry
- Filing, scanning, and archiving
- Ad hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- 1 year Reception/Admin Experience
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Hard working, confident and a team player
