Position Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Receptionist to join our team at Calvary

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for three month leave relief contract as our Receptionist for our Southbank Support office.

The receptionist provides customer-orientated administrative support services to ensure the effective day to day operations of the Southbank Support Office.

The position is a three month full time contract with potential on-going work. Open to part time or job share arrangement.


Your main duties will include:

Provide receptionist services, including answering and directing incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors to Calvary Southbank Support Office.


Coordinate administrative functions to support Southbank office such as purchasing and reconciliation, scheduling of meetings, support with travel arrangements, hospitality and catering and correspondence to ensure the best use of time and budget as required.

Coordinate the meeting room bookings and maintain meeting room set-up.

About you

Experience in providing high level reception, clerical, co-ordination and administrative services.

Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.


Experience in upholding a high level of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and delivering high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications in a Business/Administration or related field is desirable.

COVID-19 and Flu vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt
