    The company has significantly increased their Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the past year, is backed by private equity, and is poised for expansion. Their customer base spans across Australia and international markets.

    Job Description

    • The General Manager (GM) will play a crucial role in driving business growth both locally and globally.
    • Responsibilities include overseeing Sales Operations, cultivating partnership channels, managing product development, and leading marketing initiatives.
    • You will be tasked with strategizing and implementing operational processes to scale the business effectively.
    • Inspiring and mentoring a team of 20+ individuals will also be a key part of the role.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of the metrics essential for business scalability.
    • A proven track record of motivational leadership, team development, and driving growth is crucial.
    • Prior knowledge of SaaS implementation, onboarding procedures, and operational processes, preferably within the logistics software sector, is advantageous.
    • Expertise in expanding partnership channels, managing outbound sales teams, and proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and growth strategies are highly valued.
    • Comfort with data-driven decision-making, leading geographically dispersed teams, and fostering a culture of empowerment and hands-on involvement is essential.
