We are seeking an ambitious Sales Leader who will play a key role in driving growth within our top accounts in the core commercial business by building further on our go-to-market strategy, by developing our team of Commercial Account Executives and driving a high-performing, innovative and diverse team.
Your mission as a Regional Sales Director (RSD):
Nurture, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executivestargeting the Fins and RCG businesses for our core commerce organization
Drive team performanceand drive sales with a growth mindset
Build out strategies with Cross-Functional Partnersand align support from Sales / Business Development Teams, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales Programs, Productivity, and Partner Alliances
Forecasting and reportingon the most critical drivers of your business
Possess ananalytical and data-driven approachto your business with a strong sense of leadership and motivating teams
Drive an inclusive, collaborative, learning environment cultivated with mentoring and feedback
Identify and make recommendations for improvementin the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
Own the entire sales processto ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, while growing existing accounts.
Prioritise and lead industry eventsand user groups to generate market interestRequirements:
Minimum2years of people management experience
Strong background inleading and motivating peopleto achieve performance goals
Consultative sales skillsand ability to construct and articulate strong growth strategies, return on investment, strategic business planning, and execution skills
Consistent proven track recordof over-achievement of quota expectations
Ability toanalyze and synthesize sales datato optimize the sales funnel
Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
Ideally, prior experience working within theSoftware/Infrastructure/Platform(Saa S, Iaa S, Paa S)/Tech space
