    A top-tier global investment bank is looking for an experienced Equity Derivatives Salesperson at the Associate Director level at their Sydney office. The primary task of the Equity Derivatives Salesperson is to market and sell Flow and Solutions products to Institutional and Distribution clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To manage relationships with Structured Product Distributors in Australia and explore new business opportunities with other distributors.
    • To support the growth of our Equity Derivative business among Australian clients by providing market insights, economic content, and trade ideas, focusing on the Institutional sector.
    • To contribute to the growth of our Cross-Asset Solutions business within the Distribution and Institutional client base, by gaining a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
    • To actively participate in product and solutions development for clients, collaborating with Structuring, Trading, and Research teams to offer tailored solutions and products.
    • To enhance our presence and engagement with Institutional clients in Australia, aiming to generate new revenue streams from asset owners and managers.
    • To increase Equity Derivatives revenue in Australia and New Zealand in alignment with set targets.
    • To utilize and maintain relationships with Business Partners and key stakeholders to expand the Client Franchise and optimize Global Markets business in Australia.
    • To contribute to the Permanent Control framework and ensure proper risk management.

    Required Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience marketing financial products to institutional investors.
    • A proven track record of managing client portfolios and meeting sales targets.
    • Knowledge of derivative products across various asset classes, especially in equity.
    • University Graduate Degree.
