- Act as a trusted HR representative to all employees providing accurate, informed and timely support on a range of employee-related matters
- Work closely with managers to ensure effective employee management, engagement and development
- Coordinate and support the administration functions, working closely with others, including IT and Operations, to ensure seamless support for all FAIR employees
- Manage the performance review process, including preparation and collation of all communications, documentation, feedback and outcomes to support employees and managers
- Be involved in the recruitment process and support hiring activities to secure the best talent for FAIR
- Manage all aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding to ensure an effective, efficient and positive employee experience
- Develop a friendly and supportive relationship with all team members
- Drive connection and engagement across all 3 locations in Australia by arranging events and team activities
- Evolve FAIR's internal HR processes, policies, benefits and employee information working closely with the broader HR team
- Manage all employee questions and concerns, ensuring a timely and effective resolution
- Prepare employment contracts and correspondence relating to promotions, sponsorship, performance concerns and terminations
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support the team and FAIR's objectives across Australia & Pakistan

We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated people person to join our team at FAIR. As our People & Culture Manager, you will partner with the business to develop, enable and implement strategies to attract, engage, and develop employees, building upon our high-performing culture.
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders, be a self-motivated problem solver and be able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced IT Consulting environment.
