This opportunity

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the endtoend testing process, including planning, designing, executing, and reporting on tests related to cybersecurity, security, and IAM.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including security architects, developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and define appropriate testing strategies.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of security controls and IAM functionalities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify potential security gaps, ensuring the implementation of appropriate test scenarios and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and execute penetration testing and vulnerability scanning activities to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in TPG Telecom's systems and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the testing team, fostering a collaborative and growthoriented work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, identifying patterns and trends, and communicating findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for remedial actions.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry standards, and proactively identify opportunities for enhancing TPG Telecom's security posture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
  • Participate in incident response and security breach investigations, contributing to the resolution and prevention of future security incidents.

Qualifications:


  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a Test Manager role with a focus on cybersecurity, security, and IAM testing.
  • Indepth understanding of security testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
  • Experience with penetration testing tools, vulnerability scanners, and security assessment frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage testing projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically about security risks and their potential impact.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
