This opportunity

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Product Manager in building the product roadmap for TPG & iiNet Mobile, including assisting in defining product strategy and clearly communicating agreed product goals to the business.
Work closely with Insights & Convergence teams to ensure proposed product strategy meets customer needs and with Finance business partners to ensure roadmap delivers commercial objectives and aligns with budget expectations.
Define product scope and work in conjunction with IT teams to align on technical requirements for the build. Drive key decision making within build process & ensure delivery teams are tracking to project timelines.
Own end to end delivery of key elements of the product roadmap including planning & tracking product changes, ensuring all PMO processes (inc. presentation at key forums) are progressed to the relevant stages to support timely advancement in the product deployment lifecycle and all key stakeholders (IT, Retail, Digital, Customer Operations, Legal) are engaged in gotomarket.
Provide input into any required customer migration activity, including plan and customer level mapping, customer experience and commercial assessment of move and assistance in migration execution in combination with the Customer Lifecycle Management team.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with senior leaders including function Heads and General managers from the wider Consumer team, and other functional areas within the business as well as key external vendors and stakeholders by providing regular updates on the Product portfolio including impact of results on budget and competitor landscape with recommendations on strategic options.
Regularly monitor the activity and impact of key competitors on Prepaid/M2M product lines (share examples regularly in weekly WiPs)

Knowledge and experience

3 years of Product Management experience is required, ideally in the Telecommunications/ISP/Technology industry.
Experience in building and conducting high quality presentations to Clevel decision makers.
Outstanding influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Postgraduate qualifications in business, Product Management or change management will be highly regarded.
Demonstrate expertise in excel modelling particularly in business case modelling for new product launches, pricing and promotional offers.
Demonstrate advanced expertise in stakeholder management and project management methodologies and techniques.
A natural ability to consider commercial needs while seeing the world through the customer's eyes
Ability to think innovatively as new ideas are key to driving customer growth and the customer experience
