This opportunity


This role will create a change and communications strategy in Enterprise, Government & Wholesale to aid the delivery of key technology exit programs associated with TPG Telecom.

You will be responsible for identifying change and communications opportunities, ensuring new technology and systems have high rates of adoption and working with project teams to supply professional and effective change and communications.

Whilst this role is specific to technology exit programs, once well-established & proven-effective change & comms governance has been applied, this role will look to further Enterprise, Government & Wholesale opportunities to build standard practices.


This role will require not just internal comms being drafted & disseminated, but also for customers impacted by technology exits.

We are looking for your expertise in standardise comms processes, as well as obtaining alignment across the business on comms.


Responsibilities

  • Work with the team on creation of material which improves the daytoday EG&W experience
  • Diagnose and assess the scope and impact of the change, intervention, or improvement.
  • Create and implement change management plans with key stakeholders that maximize the effectiveness of intended change outcomes and address operational impacts.
  • Define deliverables for key change management levers such as communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan etc.
  • Partner closely with business units, crossfunctional teams, and leaders from across the organisation, defining, creating, and implementing change plans that align with deliverables of the project or program. Drive and oversee the implementation of the change management strategy.
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, including anticipated resistance across all stakeholders.
  • Work with sponsors and key stakeholders ensuring visibility and buyin to the change management strategy and plan.
  • Support and lead stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.
  • Ensure benefit expectations for each change initiative are realised to agreed levels and within understood constraints.

Knowledge and experience

  • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle. Proven experience is desirable.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Skills and experience in continuous improvement models and framework.
  • Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; written and verbal
  • Extremely strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to 'manage up'
  • Strong facilitation and active listening skills
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Acute understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Creative problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
  • Ability to deliver multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
