    About the role

    We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join us on the Eastern Freeway- Burke to Tram Alliance, responsibilities include:

    • Assist with implementing and managing the procurement plan and preparing supply chain agreements.
    • Manage contractual disputes and risk mitigation.
    • Liaising with the client over commercial matters.
    • Develop and mentor your commercial site team.
    • Oversight of team applications for payments.
    • Accurate reporting and forecasting of project costs.
    • Maintain registers and productivity on the project following safety policies & procedures.

    About you

    • Tertiary qualified in Commercial Law, Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
    • Recent experience in a Commercial Manager position on major public infrastructure projects in Australia.
    • Experience with Managing Contractor contracts preferred.
    • Results driven with collaborative leadership and strong technical skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
