About the company:
My client is a major international infrastructure contractor who has been established for over 50 years.

They employ over 5000 staff across 60+ locations and have a great reputation for delivering roads, bridges, rail, and airports to $500m.

Due to continual growth, they're looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to join the company.

About the role:
Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager, this role will be working within the Pre-Construction team.

Focusing on EOI's and commercial risk assessment on new tenders
Review contractual terms on new tenders
Work closely with key stakeholders
Provide additional Commercial support and guidance to the commercial team

About you:

To be successful you'll ideally have the following:

Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
Prior experienced as either a Senior Contract Administrator or Commercial Manager within the Road or Rail sector
Experience working within the Pre-Construction / EOI phase
Strong written and verbal communications
