    With a local, manageable portfolio and plenty of support, the Property Management staff don't feel overloaded and are able to provide the exceptional service this agency has become renowned for

    This is an agency you want to work for.

    The Role:
    • The office is based in the Narangba area. Parking onsite at the office
    • Manage a tidy portfolio of 130 properties, all located locally to the office
    • Loads of support - Reception assists with all applications
    • Entry and exit condition reports
    • Arrears management
    • Handling maintenance and repairs
    • Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradespeople
    • Relationship building
    The Benefits:

    • Monday to Friday, no weekends
    • Salary of up to $75K + Super + Company Cars to use for OOO duties
    The Candidate:
    • 2+ years of Property Management experience
    • Must have a current QLD Certificate of Registration and Driver's License
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Great attention to detail
