    St Vincent's Health Australia is embarking on a groundbreaking journey with the launch of a project aimed at implementing an early Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform across ten private hospitals. The goal is to establish a strong EMR foundation and enhance clinical modules and functionality over time. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are devoted to transforming patient care through cutting-edge digital healthcare technology to join our team.

    We are currently seeking an experienced Training Coordinator in Brisbane QLD to join our project on a Fixed Term Full-Time basis until 28 February 2025. Alongside your expertise, you will join a dedicated Project team committed to revolutionizing patient care for St Vincent's Health Australia.

    As the Training Coordinator, your role will involve facilitating communication between the Training Manager, clinical stakeholders, and Training teams. This is not just a leadership opportunity but also a hands-on training role that includes contributing to the design and creation of training resources to support the successful delivery of the EMR project.

    Key responsibilities of the role:

    • Coordinate, support, and facilitate training across all project phases using various training methods
    • Create a range of training materials to meet the needs of staff involved in the implementation and adoption of the EMR
    • Assist in developing and implementing training plans and delivery, including knowledge sharing within your team
    • Meet training objectives, report key information and deadlines in line with the project timeline
    • Report any issues and areas for further development to training leads, collect and communicate feedback from your team to key stakeholders and managers within the broader project team
    • Support post go-live training and troubleshoot any issues
    • Participate in the review of training and resources for continuous improvement

    Qualifications that make you a fit for this role:

    • Demonstrated experience in a complex project setting leading training design and implementation of large-scale projects
    • Exposure to ICT-related Healthcare environments and proficiency with training systems and processes or similar
    • Realizing the significance of feedback and customizing your training to meet others' learning needs
    • Passion for delivering training and the ability to assist your team leads and peers in quick problem-solving under time constraints
    • Teaching and delivering training to others in a supportive and innovative manner
    • An authentic leader with the capability to promptly troubleshoot and solve problems under deadline pressures
    • Having received the current 2023 Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations
    • Completed a National Criminal History Check within the last 6 months
