As the Training and Compliance Coordinator, you will join the wider People Team, coordinating and supporting the development of a culture centred around continuous learning, compliance, and accountability.

In this role, you will focus on our crucial and continuous training compliance requirements, while gradually transitioning into a focus on learning and development.

What you will do

  • Proactively engage with individuals to ensure training is completed in a timely manner while fostering a culture of continuous learning and unwavering compliance.
  • Oversee the compliance calendar to track and organise training requirements.
  • Take the lead in managing Oracle training initiatives for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless implementation and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to training initiatives.
  • Drive collaborative efforts in designing learning experiences for various projects, actively contributing to the development of engaging and effective training materials and programs.

Who we're looking for

  • Experience in managing training records, documentation, and reporting systems with familiarity with technologybased training tools and platforms.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exposure or experience with Oracle training (HRS) is desirable but not necessary.
  • Suitable for individuals with a few years of HR experience who aspire to progress into the fields of learning and development and compliance.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage documentation and reporting processes.
