    • THE COMPANY
    As a revolutionary SaaS platform which has taken its specific market sector by storm, this high tech company have seen record growth, with an opportunity for further success that few SaaS tech companies have had the privilege to experience. Growth is being managed in a positive way, however the need for quality lead implementation or pre/post sales consultants is essential.

    THE OPPORTUNITY
    Ensuring achievement of growth targets and customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality customer support. Working closely with the leadership team and all areas of the tech delivery teams, activities including managing and following customer queries and the development of formal customer proposals. Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services will be a key aspect of this role.
    As will conducting solution design and technical analyses and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products/services to fulfil customer needs.
    Adopting sales, solution design, product development and Hubspot support processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Although some office based work (Sydney CBD) and client on site activity when required, you will have the flexibility and freedom to work from home on occasion too.

    ABOUT YOU:
    To be considered for this role, you will bring a deep knowledge and technical ability, ideally covering medical practices, financial processes, and industry practice management systems (PMS's), along with accounting/ERP packages. Analytical, diagnostic, project management and problem-solving skills are a must, as are excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills including advanced presentation and communication skills.
