Within this role, your responsibilities will include;

Take ownership of your clients onboarding and implementation projects.

- have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.

Work with customers to build timesensitive workflows.
Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with SaaS Product.
Lead online webinars, consultations, and oneonone demos to educate customers on the features of the product
Build, own, and execute client success and onboarding plans
Have the passion to represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap

Your Experience & Skills

3 years of experience in implementing B2B SaaS products.
Experience in leading product implementation projects involving hands on implementation.
Strong project management skills to keep projects ontrack and manage unique flows.
At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical and communicate to both Tech and business audiences
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
Strong customerfacing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
